    Welcome to our online store. Please take some time to read through our online store policy to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service

    TERMS OF SERVICE

    1. Order Acceptance Policy
    The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Thinktank reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. 

    2. Order Cancellation Policy
    Once your credit card payment has been authorized and approved, we will not be able to accede to any cancellation of order (or part of an order).

    3. Return Policy
    All products, once sold are non-returnable. We take great care to ensure that all products are in pristine condition before being shipped. If however the products are damaged in transit, we are happy to replace them provided an email is sent to us within 3 days upon receiving the goods and the goods are returned to us in their original condition/packaging, with the sales invoice attached for verification.

    You can either post the products back to us or call us at + 65 6636 3685 to arrange the return with our Customer Service staff. Our postal address is 78 Namly Place S267229. Thinktank will however not be liable for any returned items lost in transit.

    4. Exchange Policy
    If the product(s) received are different from what is stated on the invoice; i.e. wrong goods are delivered, we will replace it with the right product. To exchange a product, please contact us within 3 days upon receiving the goods. Our Customer Service staff will arrange to replace the affected item(s).

    5. Pricing Policy
    Prices of our products are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

    6. Stock Availability
    Thinktank cannot guarantee that every product offered for sale online would actually be shipped right away as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In a rare case, a product may be in stock when you place your order and sold out by the time your order is processed. However, if any product you have ordered online is found to be sold out at the time of processing, we will inform you either via email or phone and remove the product from your order.

    7. Order Fulfillment Policy
    Once payment is received, we are committed to shipping your order in the shortest possible time. Orders are shipped via SingPost using SmartPac (within Singapore) or Registered Airmail (overseas). Thinktank reserves the right to determine the best shipping agent for each order and to change shipping agents without prior notice.

    An email will be sent to the customer registered email address informing the purchaser of the Registered Article (RA) number. We estimate that most orders will be delivered within 7 working days. Our working days are Mondays to Saturdays, excluding Sundays & Public Holidays.

    We will not be liable for any delays or non-fulfillment of an order due to unforeseen circumstances.

    8. Custom Duty Charges
    Some countries may impose a customs or import tax on the products ordered. We are required by law to declare the contents of international packages containing books, music, or video and to state the full value of the shipment, even if the package contains a gift. We are not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office or post office for further information.
