  • Thinktank Milestones

    Holland Grove – Humble Beginnings

In 2008, Thinktank opened its first branch in the cosy neighbourhood of Holland Grove, the brainchild of its founder Samantha Kee. As a young, aspiring individual, Samantha tried her hand as a contract teacher in a local school and never looked back.  Fired by her passion for teaching, Samantha went on to attain a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (graduating top of her cohort with a distinction), garner invaluable experience teaching in three top local schools before setting up Thinktank to provide quality enrichment programmes

    Namly Place – Growing Years

Within a short time, classes grew exponentially as Thinktank became known as the ‘go-to’ brand for quality enrichment programmes.  The Holland Grove branch was bursting at its seams, necessitating the move to larger premises in Namly Place in 2010. At Namly, Thinktank continued its expansion into other programmes such as Chinese language arts, science and oral literacy. In 2013, Thinktank launched its publication arm, The Olive Press and embarked on corporate volunteerism to give back to society.

Frankel Avenue – Journey to the East

With its excellent curriculum and dedicated team of teachers in place, Thinktank opened a second branch in Frankel Avenue in 2016, bringing its reputable and premium brand of programmes to the East.
